Frequently asked questions
How do I reset my password?
HRFlowTech accounts are managed by your employer. Open the login screen and tap Forgot password to receive a reset link by email. If your tenant uses SSO (Google, Microsoft, Apple), reset your password with that provider instead. If the email never arrives, ask your tenant's HR administrator to confirm the email on file.
Why can't I log in?
- Check that you are entering the correct tenant domain on the login screen (for example
acme.hrflowtech.com). Logging into the wrong workspace is the most common cause. - Confirm with your HR administrator that your account is still active — accounts are deactivated automatically when an employee record is closed.
- If you use SSO, make sure you are signed in to the same Google / Microsoft / Apple account that your tenant has linked.
How do I report an AI Assistant response?
Tap the flag icon on the AI message in the app, choose a reason, and submit. Our moderation team reviews every report within one business day. Full detail in the AI Use & Safety Policy.
How do I request account deletion?
Use the in-app option (Profile → Delete my account) or submit the web form on the Account Deletion page. Acknowledged within 72 hours, completed within 30 days.
What data does the mobile app collect?
Your tenant domain, login email, employment records (attendance, leave, payslips), AI Assistant prompts, OS name and version, and an encrypted session token kept on your device. The app does not collect Advertising ID, precise GPS, contacts, microphone, camera, or photo library. See the Data Safety summary for the full table.
